Thanks for the query

The difference between systolic and diastolic pressure is known as pulse pressure
It is considered abnormal if the difference is less than 25mmhg, it is seen in cardiac tamponade, shock, ccf, aortic stenosis
Get an ECHO done. Since u have diastolic htn as well a diuretic will help
Have a healthy living

Cardiologist Dr. Kashan Aslam Shah's  Response
hello and welcome to healthcaremagic. the readings of your blood pressure indicates that both the components of blood pressure upper systolic and lower diastolic are raised . it can indicate that your blood pressure might not have been in control for some time and your heart might have hypertrophied that has lead to the diastolic increase in pressure . also aortic stenosis can narrow the pulse pressure below 25 mmHg .
its prudent to get an ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY done to rule out valvular narrowing and the status of your left ventricle checked . take care
