I had fibroids and so had a partial hysterectomy because my doctor thought that was causing my pain in my right lower abdomen. However, after the partial hysterectomy the pain is still there. I feel a knot in my stomach and that seems to be where the pain is radiating from but she said she found nothing when she was in there doing surgery. What on earth could this pain be. It almost feels like a muscle spasming
