What Does Large Amounts Of Blood In Urine Along With Strong Odor Indicate?

I am experiencing large amounts of blood in my urine with the passing of soft masses , little soft tissue looking balls during urination. This occurs every 2 to 3 months. Once this happens my urine is bright red with blood for approximately 12 to 24 hours. My back hurts right before this occurs. Otherwise my urine is a bright yellow but strong smelling. I have been checked by my physician and he says my creatine levels are normal
