Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is normal for pain to occur with strenuous exercise. If pain occur even with mild exercise then diet must be improved. B complex vitamins to be taken. The second issue lump in left leg could be Lipoma. Its benign. This is of no problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Phanindra Dulipala, Diabetologist
