What Does Loss Of Appetite Indicate?

I am not a regular drinker .After 6 MOnths I had some drinks on Sunday,since then I am unable to eat anything . It has been 3 days now, I feel peukish and my chest burns whenever I eat anything.
I don't feel like eating anything.Feel gastritis kind .What is this symptom?

Thanks for contacting HCM. You have alcohol induced acute gastritis. I recommend following medicines-
1.Rabeperazole with domperidone SR once daily in morning on empty stomach.
2. Famotidine 40mg at bed time.
3. Antacid syrup 20ml three times a day after meals.
Avoid alcohol, smoking, tobacco, spices and fried food.
Take plenty of cold milk and vanilla ice cream.
Please get an Liver function test( a Blood test) done to rule out liver damage
