What Does Low BP, Fatigue And Migraine While On Medication For MI Mean?

Hi there am 54 year old woman had massive mi at 35 have been on medication, over the last month have been feeling unwell, blood pressure 97/54 very tired had a migraine first one since my mi 18 years ago. No problems with exercise except legs feel very heavy just feel very heavy headed and unwell. No chest pain no angina.
