What Does Low Lying Placenta And Interior Edge Is 2.5cms Indicate?
Hi, im 18 weeks and 2 days pregnant, had my scan yesterday, my sonologist said, I have a low lying placenta.placenta is posterior, interior edge is 2.5cms from INT OS, grade 1.mybaby is transverse lie presentation.what does this mean? Is it not dangerous to me and my baby.

In your case, the good news is that its still early, and as the pregnancy advances, the placenta may move upwards. However, use some precautions. Avoid intercourse, bending, heavy lifting.
