Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of trauma, redness of the overlying skin, formation of lump and inability to walk can be due to bone fracture or a soft tissue injury.
You need to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and imaging studies.
A fracture will be picked up on X-ray and appropriate management can be done.
The other symptoms of swelling and redness can be managed by hot fomentation and pain killers.

Thanks and take care
