I have a lump about the size of a 50 cent piece under my left buttock on my thigh. It is not red and there is no pain. It feels like a solid mass and does not move. I have had it for awhile but it seems to be slowly increasing in size. Any idea as to what this could be?
A solid lump, increasing in size and not mobile may be a cause for concern. I would go to the GP requesting an ultrasound scan of the lump so as to assess it better.
It may be nothing, just a simple lipoma, but it is best to get this checked out.
