What Does Lymphatic Swelling In The Abdomen Indicate?

Greetings! What are your thoughts on these sx in a 12 y/o f: severe headache, constipation, enlarged abdominal lymph nodes, no elevated WBC but running a low fever, CT scan shows brain is ok but shows the lymphatic swelling in the abdomen. Sx for 14 days with no leads for hospital staff.

Hello,

enlarged abdominal lymph nodes can be due to a number of conditions. Those which may have normal WBC include lymphoma and sometimes, TB. Does she have an elevated ESR? Are there any superficial lymph nodes that can have a biopsy or FNA done? That would give you a more precise diagnosis.
