What Does Mild Haemorrhage Around The Amniotic Sac During Pregnancy Indicate?

hai dr my wife s is 25yr old nd her lmp was on 8th dec nd her pregtest was positive we did an transvaginal ultrasound and they reported they can feel flickering but dey cant hear clear heart beat nd dey said der is mild haemorrhage around the sac nd dey said to cum after 2 weeks for check USG and dey prescribed tab.aspirin and tab.susten 200mg...is der any chance of she got aborted r anything like that?

Hello sir,I understand your concern.In my opinion haemorrhage around the sac might subside spontaneously.And there is a possibility that heart beat might be seen after 2 weeks.You can wait till 8 weeks if everything is normal.Till that time adequate rest with aspirin,folic acid and susten continuation is necessary.If no heart beat even at 8 weeks then mostly it might need to be terminated.Dont worry wait and see.Lets hope for the best.
