The conus terminates at approximately T12. At L5/S1, no disk bulge, canal stenosis, or neuroforaminal narrowing. At L4/L5, minimal stable bulge with mild facet hypertrophy. No central canal stenosis is identified. Mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing is seen. At L3/L4, no disk bulge is noted. Mild facet hypertrophy and ligamentum flavum thickening is noted. No canal stenosis is seen. Neuroforamen are patent. At L2/L3, no disk bulge is noted. Mild facet hypertrophy and ligamentum flavum thickening is noted. No canal stenosis is noted.
