Hi, iam Mrs Mohammed i am married for 3 years and since 5 months on ovulation and progesteron tablets, i got my hsg done on 28/12/2013.my reports says that uterus cavity, contour, size appear normal. No filling defects noted. Both tubes are opacified with contrast. Minimal spillage noted in both adenexal regions (left right). Can u please tell me what exactly is the problem and what does minimal spillage means. And can u please advice me what should i do. My doctor is nt telling me anything and she is just giving me the same ovulation and progesteron tablets. Thank you
The minimal.spillage is considered normal when seen during certain stages like for example during your periods. This is nothing to worry about and absolutely nothing to cause concern.
