What Does Missing Periods, Spotting, Tiredness And Negative Pregnancy Test Mean?

i took pregnancy test and both came back negative but i have been feeling sick all the time, constantly tired and had a pinky blood before my period was due but hasnt had my period i dont know wthat it is and me and my boyfriend are really confused??

Hi,

Taking into account that your periods are regular, spotting before periods could be due to implantation bleeding or could be due to hormonal imbalance also. Repeat your urine pregnancy test and consult your gynecologist also. If you want to get an 100 percent result then you can do blood a Beta HCG and a pelvic scan.
