Hi, there is a moderate microcytic hypochromic anemia. The red cells show mild anisocytosis with poikilocytosis, several elliptocytes and an occasional target cell. There is a mild thrombocytosis. There is a mild lymphocytosis. An occasional atypical lymphocyte seen. Can u brief me what is it mean?
