ok here goes, there is no os acromiale. the subscapularis tendon n biceps appear intact. there r degenerative changes of the AC joint w/ tendinopathy of supraspinatus n infraspinatus tendons.heterogeneous signal in greater tubercle is consistent w/ acromiohumeral impingment.the lateral scromion is down sloping. inferiorACjoint spur effaces subacromial-subdeltoid fat plane n exerts mass effect upon the supraspinatus. there is small glenohumeral joint effusion. bony structures have normal marrow signal. acromion demonstrates type 2 morphology. in english what does this all mean
