What Does My Post Abortion Examination Mean?
I have undergone abortion on 4th Jan 2014.After having having bleeding,Endometrial cavity is showing heterogenously hyperchoic collection of size 14 x 6 mm suggesting RPOCS.And Minimal free fluid is shown in POD.Please help me wanted to know the result?

AFTER Abortion some bits of placenta or blood clot may produce this picture in scan.minimal fluid in pod indicates infection
you have to take antibiotic to get ride this infection.if you have no bleeding dont worry about that collection.if it is bleeding you may need t.misoprostol or d&c .consult your gynaecologist.
