What Does My Pregnancy Report Indicate?
Explain Pregnancy report The uterus measure 9.1cm in long axis. There appear to be two adjacent gestational sacs surrounded by decidual reaction with yolk sacs visualized in each gestational sac. The sacs measure 0.4cm and 0.5 maximally and no fetal pole or fetal cardiac activity was visualize. The sacs sizes are out of range for prediction of EDC or gestational age. The right ovary measures 3.2 X 4.2 cm and contains somewhat thick walled cyst measuring 2.0x 2.2 cm possibly a corpus luteal cyst. The left ovary measures 3.1 x 3.3 cm and has an unremarkable appearance. There is a trace free fluid noted in the cul-de-sac. What does all this mean? Help !

It means you had a twin pregnancy but now the pregnancy has already got terminated spontaneously as there is no cardiac activity and findings suggestive of the pregnancy plus you have a corpus luteal cyst in right ovary which will automatically get resorpted with time.Get a second opinion bout this scan and if findings are still the same undergo evacuation
