Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Sperm motility should be normally more than 50% motile. You have decreased motility of sperm which will reduce the chance of fertilization of egg. A high percentage of sperm that cannot swim properly may impair a man's ability to father a child. Your sperm count is low and it should be a minimum of 20 million per ml. As the leucocytes (WBC) are within normal and no micro-organisms are seen, it means you say that there is not infection. As your report show that you less sperms and their motility is less, I recommend you visit your physician as you will need if are planning to become a father.
Hope that answers your question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
