I really appreciate your concern the given report of semen having 1.5 ml volume which less and looking to this volume this could be a case of Oligospermia, the abstinence period is important with the abstinence period the volume can be increased this is nothing to worry chances of increasing the volume still there, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
