What Does My Urine Analysis Suggest?

Hi, i just received a urine analysis for RBC morphology. The result said there were 30-35 RBC/hpf noted in the direct wet stained smear preparation with the predominance of isomorphic RBC. Percentage of dysmorphic RBC is approximately 8-10%. Few crenated RBC are also noted.
Thanks.

Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety. You should write your age.
You do have a kidney infection called glomerulo-nephritis.
This is suggested by blood cells and dysmorphic RBC's in the urine.
You'll need to get examined by an Urologist and do the following tests :
1. urine culture and ACR.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets.
3. A CT-IVU.
According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given,as to cause.
