What Does My Urine Report Suggest?
Hi Doctor, i am 32 years female, married my urine report shows that Motile Bacteria - Present + Pus cells - 100/HPF Epithelial cells - 2-4 /HPF i get infection every 3-4 months. pls suggest what is the exact problem.

Your reports indicates urinary tract infection.
I think you should consult to urologist once to rule out the cause & go for ultrasound.
Than start with
Tab c p vati 1 tab twice a day.
Syr renlka 5 ml twice a day.
