Most common tumor of pancreas is pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma( 90%).among this 90%up to 60%of tumors accure at head of the pancreas. Remaining 40%develops at body and tail.

Diagnosis :
Imaging tests that create pictures of your internal organs:CT,MI, Pet scan.
Using a scope to create ultrasound pictures of your pancreas :
endoscopic ultrasound.
Removing a tissue sample for testing (biopsy).
Blood test:to detect
tumor marker CA19-9.
