What Does No Evidence Of Intra Or Extrauterine Gestation But Appearances May Represent An Early Pregnancy Mean?
What does it mean when an ultrasound report says there is no evidence of any intra or extrauterine gestation but appearances may represent an early pregnancy? I have no periods for 10 weeks and my tummy is growing like I am pregnant. Is it a false pregnancy? I have read that cancer mimics early pregnancy, is this true?

no cancer does not mimic like this..
if you have not periods sine 10 weeks, do urine pregnancy test to confirm...sonography after 1 week again will confirm your diagnosis..
if both results are negative than you are not pregnant..there can be other reason for delayed period..
