In order to really explain your chances of getting pregnant, this information needs to be examined in its full context. That means that I would need to know your age, your pregnancy history, your periods, your general health, and many other things. However, if I assume that you got the ultrasound in midcycle, somewhere around day 12-14 or so, then it most likely shows that you did ovulate, as the larger follicle is over 25mm in size. That would be a good sign and would indicate that you ovulate on your own. I hope this is helpful. If you have any more questions, please let me know.
