what-procedure was adopted intracapsular or extra capsular like phako emulsification. other wise it can be vetriousprolapse. post operative vision and fundus examination can confirm the reason of pain subconjuctival antibiotic like gentimycin and cortisone injection is indicated. iot can be measured and followup done. it is not cold or sinus issue.
