What Does Pain In Back While Twisting And Turning Behind Due To Fall And Hit On Back Against Stairs Indicate?

I fell down the stairs at a friends house just over a week ago an hit my middle to upper back off of about 3-5 stairs. There is still pain whether I try to twist my back to reach something behind me or if I sit on the ground and lean against a surface for a little bit. I don t know if it s just bruising because there are no visible bruises.

Good day!
History of fal if ruled out for fractures or traumatic injuries then presenting with such complains at just a week time interval is common and all it needs is rest, some pain killers both topical massages and oral, injectables if necessary. Antispasmodics and a good friendly posture to relieve the pain.it will resolve eventually depending the pace on health status and comorbidity
take care
