What Does Pain In Chest While Stretching Arm Imply?

Hi I'm male. 23 yrs. 5ft 10.I have a pain in right side of my Chest that started about 3 to 4 days ago.About 1 inch directly below the nipple, then 1 inch to 1.5 inch left of that is the pain. The pain is notably profound when I try to stretch my right arm to the left at shoulder level. Nothing happens when stretch the left arm to right. No medication was used for it. However, I do take omega 3 and occasionally I use some vitain E.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of pulled muscle related pain is more likely because your pain is associated with specific movements of arm.
So do following things for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
3. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
4. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.
If not improving then consult doctor.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
