OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be simple muscle spasm. Try pain killer. however, it can be because of some infection, tumour (rarely) or stone. use tight underwear. if that does not give relieve, consult doctor for physical examination and do USG scrotum.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta
