What Does Pain In Trachea And Chest After Smoking Indicate, I Smoke Only Occasionally?
I never smoke like I'm addicted to it I only smoke socially. Altogether I've probably only had 20-30 ciggatettes in my lifetime. Last week I had half of someone's cigarette (before that hadn't smoked in a few months) then a week later (yesterday) I had about four and my trachea suddenly really hurt and my chest abit too. I've never felt a pain like it, it just really hurt. I've woken up this morning thinking my throat just needed rest but it is still the same! I'm really worried, is there anything wrong with me?
It appears that you are having respiratory tract infection. Although it is not casually related to smoking but the smoking could increase the possibility of infection. In my view take the salt water gargles that will help you. If you develop fever or body ache or difficulty in respiration than you need to take antibiotic after consulting your physician.
If you develop such kind of symptoms everytime you smoke that you are probably allergic to your cigarattes. It is better to quit in such case as soon as possible.
