What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Buttocks Indicate?

I am a left side sleeper in bed. I have done this all my life. I m 62yrs old 330 lbs. I recently been not able to sleep on my side due to extreme pain in my lower butt area. Even when I pull my self out of bed I feel my backside hurt. Not my back but in the buttocks area. As I sit I feel a pain on left side. What can this be??

It may be due to conditions like sciatica or other related neurological pain. You can take analgesics like Tramadol or Diclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult with a physician and get evaluated.
