What does...pancreatic parenchyma with lobularity (major b criteria) and hyperechoic foci (minor criteria)...mean? Unfortunately we have a doctor that can t be bothered explaining the diagnosis to us outside of this statement on the discharge paperwork. Please help! Thank you
