What Does Persistent Cough, High Fever And X Ray Report Showing Doubtful Patchy Opacities In The Lower Right Paracardiac Region And Left Perihilar Region Indicate?

Hi, my one year old son's x-ray showed doubtful patchy opacities in the lower right paracardial region and left perihilar region.
He gets fever very often that shoot s up to 102F in no time. once In month at least.he has persistent cough.
What could be the reason?
