What Does Piercing Pain From The Upper Abdomen On The Left Side To Mid-back Along With Nausea Indicate?

i have moderate pain in my upper left abdomen that is piercing through to my back and radiating around my middle back. My stomach feels nautious. Pain suddenly came on 6hrs ago full bore and has not let up. I have diabetes, CHF, PAD, neuropathy. I take metformin, losartin, gabapentin, atorvastatin

the possible causes are:-

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease.
2. Rupture or torsion of ovarian cyst.
3. Period pains (dysmenorrhoea).
4. Degenerative changes in a fibroid.
5. Chronic pelvic pain.
6. Bowel or bladder problems.
7. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
8. Cystitis.
9. Strangulated hernia.
10. Muscle and bone problems.
