What Does Plastic Like Hair Amoung Beard With Translucent Sac At Root Suggest?

i had an abnormal white, plastic like hair growing amongst my beard. it was located on the jaw-line. i plucked the hair out (it was a cluster of plastic like hairs), and when plucked, saw a large translucent sac at the root. any suggestions as to what it is?
