What Does Positive Strep In Ear Mean?

I have relapsing Polychondritis affecting my left ear-so far. My ENT/surgeon has already removed quite a bit of necrotic cartlage from that ear. I recently had blood work done with cultures. 2 were positive:#1 Strep and #2:Plus 4 Flora GI Strep. What do these mean?
