hi madam, internal os is the opening of uterus into vagina. during delivery internal os dilates and the head of fetus comes out of uterus. in your case placenta is covering this internal os. so you will have problem during delivery. the placenta will not let the fetus come out. there will be a lot of bleeding. the best way to combat such complication is delivery by surgery i.e. Cesarean section.
