hi this is from philippines, i had my check up yesterday..and i did not understand wahat the doctor said..but i have here the result of my transvaginal,.can you please explain to me what is the meaning of this? *normal-sized retroverted uterus *T/c posterior uterine wall adenomyosis *unremarkable appearance of both ovaries with follicles *minimal free fluid at cul-de sac might be inflammatory in nature, please correlate clinically
