What Does Presence Of RBCs And Pus Cells In Urine Test Suggest?

sir, according to my urine routine examination test results there is a presence of some amount of RBC, PUS CELLS and EPITHELIAL CELLS test information MICROSCOPY RBC 40-60/HPF PUS CELLS 4-6/HPF EPITHELIAL CELLS 2-3/HPF am i suffering from any kidney disorder?

Hello,

The presence of RBC can be from various issues as
- urinary tract infection
- calculus in the urinary system
- renal tumors or other kidney problems as glomerulonephritis
- cystitis
- immune compromise or diabetes
- drug intake related as steroid consumption or else

So a comprehensive workup with further tests as a urine culture, ultrasound and so forth are needed to fix the cause and manage nicely.
