Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The presence of blood in urine indicate possible urinary infection with or without calculus in the urinary system. In our clinic, I recommend my patients to

- Consume more liquids
- Antibiotic of Fluoroquinolones group if no drug sensitivity history
- Urinary alkalizer
- Anti-inflammatory agents
- Regular follow up of the patient with evaluation of the ultrasound examination as per the progress of symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
