What Does Pressure Behind The Right Eye Indicate?

Hi, I have been having weird pressure behind my right eye and it is sensitive to light and feels really heavy. I also have a lot of pressure in my right ear and in my neck and temples. I am scared I could have a brain aneurysm. I haven’t had any headaches, but I’m still pretty concerned. Could it be possible ?
