What Does Pressure In The Chest And Neck Indicate?

Hi, I am 74 have great pressure on chest and neck from yesterday night. Had a massage on Saturday afternoon. Pain started Sunday evening after a 4 hour trip from east coast . Applied Tiger Balm for the night. As of now no improvement getting worse.... What could it be? Had trouble breathing a few days ago..... Felt a pain on the right side of chest. Dr. Recommended an exRei Went to visit family on weekend..... Would love to hear your advice. Thank U!

Chest pressure and shortness of breath are very concerning for a serious problem with the heart (like a heart attack) or the lungs (like a blood clot). I would not ignore these symptoms. I suggest that you go to an emergency department immediately and be evaluated.
