What Does Pricking Sensation In The Eyes Indicate?

I have recently had sinusitis and have just finished taking antibiotics. I have now started using sinus flushes. I get this frequently in my left frontal sinus. Also on my left side I have started to get a pricking sensation in the inner corner of the eye socket. Is this sinus related? I do also have dry eye. It feels as though something is in my eye and sinus very sore in that area to touch.

Pricking sensation is not because of sinus. But it is related to your dry eyes. When the eyes become dry, the cornea loses its lustre and consequently you experience gritty sensation. Apply over the counter lubricating eye drops like refresh tears eye drops or tears naturale forte eye drops 4 times a day. This should help you from your pricking sensation.
