What Does Profuse Sweating Along With Chills And Chest Pain Indicate?

Last friday morning i broke out in a profuse sweat and had a little shaking going on with it too. I kept sweating like that for about 15 minutes. I thought maybe it was because I had not eaten much for breakfast so I ate something. Not sure if that helped but eventually it stopped. I have felt some pains in the area of my heart lately but I think that I m too young and healthy to have a heart problem. What do you think?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Chills, sweating and chest pain may be possible with acute bronchitis or pneumonia or anemia or acid reflux disease or cardiac problem. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Please consult your physician get it done ECG and clinical examination then treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
