What Does Prominent Bronchovascular Markings In Both Lungs In A X-ray Report Mean And What Are Its Effect?
My mother s (age 68, diabetic and got vertigo with BP problem and latest diagnosed with mild Typhoid) X ray shows 1 observation I.e. prominent bronchovascular markings in both lungs. I am little skeptical to read this. Can please share details of what does it mean. And its effects?
Prominent broncho vascular markings in both lungs fields may be due to infection like bronchitis, age related changes etc.She need clinical correlation. There is nothing to be worried. It is a benign finding. If it is due to infection then it will reverse with control of infection. Findings are not serious at all.
Hope I have answered your question. Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
