What Does Punctate Cervical Calcifications In The Ultrasound Suggest?

i am 39 years old, have had 2 normal vaginal deliveries in my 20 s and am trying to conceive again, have not had a cycle for 2 months except for 2 days of light spotting, negative serum HGC test, had ultrasound that showed punctate cervical calcifications, what are these and what is the treatment for these, could this cause infertility issues? Thank you

these are simple cervical nabothian cysts and are benign. they actually dont cause any problem with the infertility unless they are big and distort the cervical oening and hinder the sperms ascent to the uterine cavity.
