What Does Pus Cell 3-5/hpf And Rbc 0-2 In Urine Analysis Indicate?

i went to the hospital for laboratory test due to pain of the lower part of my back, in my butt but then the result of lab is my pus cells is 3-5/hpf, red blood cells is 0-2, i was thought i had uti but im not certain yet. pls help me diagnose the result of my lab coz im a little bit worried.

3-5 pus cell and 0-2 RBC are not significant,
Its pretty normal,
So need not worry,
If your getting symptoms like fever chills,burning micturation,
Then urinebculture sensitivity can be considered but for now no worries be relaxed have a good time,
