What Does Pus Cells 3-4/HPF In Urine Test Mean?
I have done with Complete Urine Examination Physical examination for my 23 month old son to diagnose whether there is any infection or not. in The Bio-Chemical Examination Albumin -- Nil; Sugar--Nil; Sile Slats-- negative; Bile Pigments-- Negative and in the Microscopic Examinantion: Pus Cells--3-4/HPF; Epethelial cells--1-2/HPF; RBCs, Crystals, Casts and others also NIL. Could you you explain me on this please- Thanks and kind regards- Charan

If the child is asymptotic, there is nothing to worry.only if having symptoms like fever/dysurea etc,this needs antibiotics treatment, as this indicate UTI.
