HI , I HAVE SEVER ITCHING IN MY PERINIAL REGION AS WELL AS MY VEGINIAL REAGION AND WHEN GOT CHECKED BY THE DOCTOR SHE WROTE ME STOOL CHECK THEN GOT TO KNOW THAT PUS CELLS ARE PRESENT IN MY STOOL WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND FROM WHICH DEASES I M SUFFERING, PLASE ANSWER ME.

Hi,

Severe itching in the perineal and vaginal region can be due to many causes like worm infestation, fungal infection, proctitis etc.

A few pus cells in stool R/E is normal unless there are systemic features like fever, abdominal pain, loose stools.

So I would suggest to oral mebendazole 100 mg twice daily for 3 days. If symptoms do not improve, then I would suggest to see your doctor.
