My girlfriend had a spot on her scalp where I noticed the texture of her scalp was off. It seemed almost like cream. I was able to squeeze about two rice grains of puss (?) Out and it exposed a hole. No blood and the consistency was not moist, like dried lotion but still soft and pliable. I attempted to squeeze more and caused bleeding. I removed the scab and a little more puss about a week later. Several weeks later she had scratched off the scab and I checked it again. About 3 rice grains worth of puss came out. She also says it feels good and that it relieves a pressure in her head. Is this something serious or is it just a possible infection risk that is easily manageable by proper hygiene?
